Psychometric assessment
Psychometric assessments are psychological tests that are used to measure an individual’s personality traits, intelligence, abilities, behavioral style and aptitude. The test battery is administered based on the patient’s presenting problem with the aim of diagnosing and managing certain psychological disorders.
On-site consultations
These are consultations taking place outside the consultation premises such
as in hospitals, schools, retirement homes, and home visits in any emergency situation. These
consultations will be charged an extra 50% over the consultation fee as per applicable scheme rules.
Cash paying clients
Consultation fees to be settled on the day of consultation or EFT (electronic
fund transfer) can be made before the session. A 10% discount will be applicable to cash paying
patients.
Rejected Claims
Claims rejected by medical aid remains the responsibility of the main member
